Hello! I have a slightly different proposal. I’ve searched all over the internet for IPA sound databases, and many of them lack a bit in sound quality. As an audio engineer, I can enhance and polish the recordings, but nothing will ever sound better than well-recorded audio from the beginning. So, what if I record them from scratch? I have access to professional voice actors and singers, especially opera singers, since many of them have training in IPA. I also have a good ear and voice myself, so I could record them personally at a lower cost. Regarding time and pricing: it’s negotiable. I understand this is a large project and potentially requires a big budget. Normally, the longer the deadline, the lower I can set the rate, so we can definitely discuss details in the chat.
