Tighten EDM Track Timing

I have a 7-minute-15-second stereo pre-master that was generated with AI, and the kick-bass relationship drifts enough to be noticeable on a club system. I need the entire mix warped so it locks to a single, steady BPM while still feeling musical—no robotic artifacts, no dulling of transients, and absolutely no perceptible loss in sound quality. Because I only have the full stereo file, the job is all about intelligent, surgical time-stretching: aligning the kick, bass and major rhythmic elements to the grid, keeping the groove consistent start to finish, and making sure tonal content stays pristine. I don’t mind which DAW or time-stretch algorithm you use so long as the result is transparent.
