Leadership Skills Podcast Creation

I'm looking for technical assistance for enabling the podcast of the content I will myself create which is on leadership development and coaching topics. Key Requirements: - Presentation - audio and video quality should be top notch. Ideal Skills: videographer/editor who understands "talking head" documentary work is your single most important hire. Not a YouTube content creator type — someone who has shot long-form interviews, documentaries, or thoughtful educational content. They will handle camera, lighting, sound capture, and edit. This one person, if chosen well, covers most of your technical exposure. A sound engineer or quality audio setup is non-negotiable. Viewers forgive mediocre visuals far more readily than poor audio. If your videographer doesn't handle sound, this must be addressed separately — either a lav mic setup they manage, or a dedicated audio person for the first few shoots until you have a reliable setup. A graphic designer for thumbnails and channel branding — not ongoing, just a 2–3 session engagement to establish the visual language. This person should have a print or editorial design background, not a YouTube thumbnail factory background
