An agent introduction has one job that separates it from a property video: people are choosing a person, not a house. So the edit should protect whichever takes sound most like you actually talk - even when a later take is technically cleaner. Over-polished delivery reads as a script being recited, and in a trust business that costs more than a small stumble ever would. Practically that means building the cut around the moments where you sound natural and warm, trimming the run-ups and restarts between them, and resisting the urge to tighten so far that your pacing disappears. Where a take is right in tone but fluffs a word, that is often fixable without reaching for a stiffer take. Then the finish that makes it read as a professional brand: colour corrected so you look consistent and the footage does not shift between takes, audio levelled and cleaned since voice quality is what viewers register as production value, B-roll placed where it supports what you are saying rather than filling gaps, and restrained titles - your name, your area, how to reach you - in a style you can reuse across future videos. Captions as well, since this will autoplay silently on social feeds and listing pages. Video is delivered in-house by my team under my review.
