Husband is an attorney. We have a demand letter written and ready to send out. He cannot "represent" me (as his wife) and would like to keep information discreet from those he works with in-state . We are looking for someone to take our letter, copy and paste onto letterhead. Letter is requesting my employee evaluations and anything in my HR file, and will also serve as rebuttal for wrongful termination. This is an option per Connecticut law, and the company must respond in 10 business days (also per CT law). No litigation, not follow-up required. Just a letter to force questions to be asked internally about termination, with the letter also serving as my rebuttal to be placed in HR file. Letter needs no editing with the exception of the attorney's name, address, and header. CT law is cited. Letter will be released once bid is accepted (for privacy--names, company, etc. are listed in letter).
