Dear Candidates,

We are looking for an asterisk, Freepbx and AWS cloud engineer who can take the role of supporting a telephone firm in a particular time. The engineer will require to take support during the +GMT 8 time zone. With that timing, the company allocates specific service level agreement to customers.

The infrastructure consist of extension registered to assigned FREEPBX machine (EC2 instances) to one customer or a group of customer depending of the size of the signup. Call travels from their FREEPBX machine to a single central A2billing system with a facility of DID management. The trunk which this SIP service is running are directly connected to the A2billing or a gateway attaching a physical SIP/ISDN cables routing back the calls to A2billing.

Each Freepbx system has a customized call reporting system that supports call center reporting and call recording with a unique dashboard base system. When a subscriber signs up with an extension, they can access the webservice to see their call center reporting and access web phone. This is available in the system now.

The current new plan is to add a new Kamailio system to support the FREEPBX machines >> A2billing route which is FREEPBX machines >> KAMAILIO >>SIP TRUNK.

Engineer must possessed the relevant skill as stated below:

1) Proficient in Asterisk application. One must be able to write dial plan, custom dial plan, create program which support and capitalize on invoking AGI and AMI script to perform complex task.

2) Proficient in Freepbx. Engineer must have a complete understanding in programming Freepbx base configuration.

3) Engineer must have a sound experience managing AWS service such as EC2, RDS, S3 and capitalize on the infra to build cloud formation on system

4) Engineer must have customer service skill to communicate with customer. Engineer must be efficient in speaking the English language.
