Client calls and enters Credit card Info via IVR1. Asterik writes info in database and processes CC via Payment Gateway like Authorize.net.
if transaction successful then record transaction number and caller id in database.
then redirect call to IVR2
if transaction not successful, replay IVR1.
When Client calls the following time after a successful transaction, the call is directed directly to IVR2
the caller id should stay active for 48h (should be able to change later)
