We require a system that enable us to offer Direct calling and Call-back services. While we are open to other forms of implementation, we prefer Asterisk and A2Billing.
When a person calls in, the system:
- Detect Caller ID
- Hangs up
- Check if caller ID is in system and belong to a call-back customer with + balance on their account. If yes, call back the number and allow them to make call. If caller ID does not exist, do not call (* this may be changed later *)
- When system call-back the number, it should NOT ask for any PIN. It should state balance and then number of minutes.
- Allow call
When a person calls in, the system
- Detect caller ID
- If caller ID is not in system, it should state “Your phone number is not registered with our service … If you believe you received this message in error press 1 and you will be connected to our support line.”
- If Caller ID is in the system, it should ask for the 4-digits PIN number. If not correct, it should state “your PIN is not correct, please try again.” Allow 3 wrong entries and then hangup. If correct, state the balance available and ask for phone, state number of mins and allow call.
We need to support account creation, voucher creation and recharge, secure paypal payment module. Please note that we are open to modifications that are mutually agreed upon. The description above is for guidance.

Web interfaces for Administrator, Reseller (shops) and users. If Asterisk and A2Billing, do not quote as these are part and parcel of solution
If Asterisk and A2Billing: Provide initial configuration and train us to configure, manage and support platform. make sure that call back and direct calling work.
Ongoing support for: 5 hrs, 10 hrs and 20 hrs per month
