The project will have to be written in ASP, code will have to be written using Macromedia Dreamweaver (avoiding as much is possible hand code writing), the databse will be MS Access (ensuring easy portability to SQL server and/or MYSQL).
The project goal is to create a system for Italian law 81-08 consultants. The law is focused on reducing the risks and deseas for company workers.
The system has to be intended as a web portal for many consultants.
The main areas are Admin, Consultant.
Admin Area. In this area the admin will be able to upload risk factors (i.e. place of working, used devices, carcinogenic substances, etc.), list of professional deseas, lists of specific risks, list of personal protective equipment.
Consultant Area. In this area (after providing correct login, password and ID file) it will be possible to upload, update, cancel the following datas:
- customer company data
- branch office data
- working areas
- human resources working in the company
- periodical health checkup for each human resources
- risk reducing measures program
- training courses done/to be done
- company organichart
Furthermore to the above the system will have to provide:
- file upload system for attachment;
- reports for viewing all datas concerning training courses, periodical health, customer company list; all above reports will have to highlight single expired (according to the setup date) records;
- Risk evaluation document which will rapresent the output from the consultant to the customer and which will contain all datas uploaded throught the provided users interface.
