we have a project will automates document imaging. We are using a fax server to receive incoming faxes. These incoming fax is sent as an attachment (in tiff or PDF format) in an email to a fixed recipient.
We would like the project to do the following:
- When the email is opened, a hyperlink will be provided for the user to click. This hyper link loads an ASP page which will update some database records and auto save the attachment to a fixed location.
- A function to digital stamp the received attachment (i.e. 'received', 'approved', etc) and save it again.
