We need a team or individual developer who can handle our large budget project above $500 and so. You'll be chosen on your skills and quality of services.
You should be energetic and passion to follow the instructions as per the project specifications, design etc. You'll not repost these project to any site nor sub-contract to other. You should also honest and follow the work ethics and will not disclose our secrecy to other such user id and password or anything else.
If you've any objection appreciate don't waste you're time here.
Thanks to all for placing bid on this project. It would be hard to see all of your profile in a short time and discuss with each of you. Hence we've to decided to post a simple question here. We know after this some of developer retract there bid. So it will be easy for us to choose some of you for our outsourcing job. Here we go..
1. Basically these jobs will starting with $250 $2000 or more depending on the various projects. Since all of we work for $$$ no one wants not to be paid for their efforts. Same way we the buyer also thought not get waste our time and $$$ without getting nothing. Hence we'll escrow the fund in milestone in GAF escrow and release the fund depending on the service providers communication and type of service providing to us..
You've been awarded a $2000 job and we've decided to deposit a escrow in milestone of 25% in each phase of work started and also release 25% after the work completed.
Now the question is suppose we're unable to deposit the fund on time on any particular reason.. in this what you'll do.... Please let me know your thought in pmb...
