I will provide:

1. asp page that returns a url to an asp page with query string

2. asp page that, when run with query string (from number 1), returns a file name and information about file contents

3. gnupg files to encrypt file returned in number 2.

4. ftp account

you will provide a windows service that does the following every day at a scheduled time:

5. execute asp page in number 1 above.

6. execute asp page with url from number 5

7. encrypt file with command line function using file created in number 6

8. rename new file (just change extension)

9. upload new file to ftp account

10. email data from number 2 to email account

11. all source code

12. instructions for installation

all asp pages will return static data at first to make development less confusing.

I will pay promptly and give a perfect rating when earned.
