Upgrade System from .Net 4.6 framework to latest .Net version and Angular/React

Looking to convert an existing application, which was written in .Net framework 4.6, to the latest .Net technologies. I prefer devs/agencies who are senior with these technologies and being able to support the software even after the development phase. The candidate should be well versed n building SAS applications based on microservices. UI can be written in Blazor, Angular 10+ or React, API’s in Dot.Net. Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, App Services and Azure Cloud Services need to be used for code repository, web and database server hosting. Development will be done in Sprints and I will be part of approving Pull Requests. Candidates should also be well versed on building application integration with email servers, Messaging Services and other APIs(internal or external).
We are planning for this project to be completed in about 6 months.
