Silverlight + Bing Mapplication

Hello, The project involves development of the following: Creation of Bing Silverlight Mapplication: Aim: To create web mapplication that can do two things: 1: Allow users to add pushpins on the map and add an entry. Entries to be written to a database. 2: Connect to an existing SOAP/XML web service and populate the locations and basic information into the map The mapplication also needs the following controls preferable overlayed on top of the map with the following controls: Search Box State Drop Down Box Area/City Drop Down Box Accomodation Type Drop Down Box Route Plan Native Bing Silverlight Map Control (if having the overlay option is going to add too many hours to configure than a side column containing the controls will suffice containing the logo and options to be hidden.) The map is to be fullscreen. The controls also should allow the user to hide the controls.
