Project is to enhance the Member Appeals and Grievance system (MAGS) to accommodate functionality and growth. MAGS is a database used by Arcadian to document and track member calls, appeals and grievances and route issues. Enhancements will include coding changes, real estate changes and enhanced functionality to achieve efficiencies by all departments.
High Level Requirements
The MAGS system speed needs to be enhanced when searching, members, providers, MAGS history and when switching between screens. Currently the system takes approximately XX seconds when searching or changing screens need to improve the speed to XX seconds. System needs to have increased capacity to accommodate more concurrent users. Project needs to be tested and implemented by October 1, 2007.
This project is billed at 80 programming hours. We will pay $900. As stated above the project needs to be completed by 1 October, 2007.
