EMERGENCY ASP FIX!

I just finished testing a recent ASP.Net 3.5 project a team of developers created for me. I started playing around with some of the passwords and all the sudden everything is broken. They are away for the weekend and I cannot afford this not working. I'm certain someone familiar with SQL 2005 and ASP will be able to fix it in 2 sec....because thats that amount of time it took me to break it. There's some wrong password somewhere thats messing everything up and I cant find it. I need someone that can jump on MSN and/or teamviewer with me like NOW and fix this. Speediness and english are looked upon favorably. Heres the error: Server Error in '/' Application. Login failed for user 'NAME'.
