ASP.NET Core 8 OAuth Server Development

I need an experienced developer to fix and add features to an OAuth server developed using OpenIDDict on ASP.NET Core 8. The project includes implementing a few CRUD operations with EF Core and Razor Pages. Key Requirements: - Support for Authorization Code Flow and Client Credentials Flow. - Implementation of CRUD operations for various entities including Users, User Groups, Departments, Promotions, Roles, OAuth Clients, and AuditLogs. - Integration of provided HTML & CSS based TailwindCSS into the Razor Pages. - Include support for refresh tokens to maintain user sessions without requiring reauthentication. - Implement Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) to enhance security for public clients. - Add comprehensive logging and monitoring for OAuth transactions and CRUD operations. - Enhance security by implementing fine-grained role-based access control for CRUD operations. - Implement rate limiting to control the number of requests made to the OAuth endpoints. - Create unit tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of the OAuth server and CRUD operations. - Support for token revocation to allow users to invalidate their tokens. Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in ASP.NET Core 8 and OpenIDDict. - Extensive experience with EF Core and Razor Pages. - Strong understanding of OAuth and OpenID. - Competence in working with custom UI designs. Please include role-based access control in the implementation. Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security.
