We have an existing web site which we recently converted into Russian. Everything works well except the email response forms that go out in Russian. There seems to be a problem with the encoding of the email so that when it comes up on the Russian mail box it displays incorrectly. The user can change the encoding setting on their Outlook and it will then display correctly.
The thing is, we don’t want the customers to keep having to change the encoding settings on their mail box.
We have tried changing the code to include the Russian encoding but it still doesn’t work. Need someone to sort this out, probably not a big job for someone who understands Russian and ASP mail functions.
I have attached some files which we have been using to test the mail function. One is [url removed, login to view] which seems to work. But if we use the file [url removed, login to view] (which uses the same code) and click on the forgotten password, this doesn't work.
