Looking for a Russian speaking professional programmer for long-term project

We are looking for a part-time professional programmer for a large project. Please bid only if you respect the following requirements:

4) You create fast, clean and documented code

5) You provide a written daily report and you can maintain a regular contact through MSN

6) You have a broadband internet connection

7) You agree to sign a clause of confidentiality

8) You can provide at least 80 hours of work a month

9) You can get new skills rapidly

At first we will test your competencies and the quality of your work through a prototype to be done in one week (40 hours). If you agree with the conditions but fail this first test (prototype doesn’t match specifications, no regular report, dirty or undocumented code), you won’t be paid and our collaboration will stop.

If you succeed, we will start a long term project with you. The more we are happy with your work, the more your workload (and thus income) will increase. You will be paid once a week.

Bid for this first test (40 hours means maximum bid of $80). Please provide us a maximum of info about your background as a programmer and examples of your work.
