There is an example site I quickly created to show how I want this site to look ([url removed, login to view]).
This will be developed in classic asp. Not php.
There will a main page with the ability to go to 3 different sections/pages/causes. All participants must register and meet requirement of age.
pages that user can develope:
1-(Petition) A page to start an online petition see (Causes ORG) for an example of a similar site. petition will capture name, location they live, comments and count number of people
2-(Boycott) A page to start a boycott (meaning the request that people don't buy from a company and they want all people to not buy until problem is fixed) (fields defined later)
3-(Spotlight) A page for people to list and talk about their own causes (like a page for a child fighting disease)
To place any information on any page, the user will need to register and get a cookie log-in.
Each page will open with list of 10 newest additions to those pages (all new kid causes 1-3) with a general description of the (Petition) (Boycott) (Spotlight) and main photo. We will define and give fields on forms over this weekend and post in update.
Click on any of the (Petition) (Boycott) (Spotlight) descriptions and people can read a description on the individual cause and will be able to leave comments on each one (if register)
On the first page of the (Petition) (Boycott) (Spotlight), each entry will have it's own social media links (Facebook like) (Twitter) (etc) - I will supply Icons, but they will need to run code that will go to Facebook and take the description of the cause it is next to (turn it into a hyperlink) and place it on Facebook - etc- as a link..
for each cause, up to 5 pictures can be uploaded or video embedded.
I use Godaddy, and their shared servers. The winning individual will need to help over teamviewer or code the Mysql database and connection with me when ready to launch.
I work better with individual / single persons, and not with companies. When replying to this with your bid or in private message, mention the code (understand123) so I know you tried to read these instructions.
