asp.net web forms working offline

I would like to be able to take my asp.net web forms application offline using html5 cache and local storage.

I have a small asp.net web forms sample project with a nested grid. It uses linq to sql and part of it is bound to a linqdatasource while other parts are controlled through code behind.

I would like this sample web application to also work offline.

When offline the data should be stored on mobile device and then synched with database when back on-line.

My objective is to get an example (jump start) for me to study/work with.

There may be additional work using MVC C#, but for now I am asking for bids on making this small application work offline.

It is written in vb.net, but c# is also fine.

I've included the sample application with database. You will need to change the connection string to your settings.
