A stand alone program is required to monitor an OHS safety management system. This will be across a network.

NOTE – I’m afraid the documentation is still a bit messy. This project has grown from a much smaller project (single site – multi-user) to a much bigger project – (multi-site – multi-user). As such, some users should be able to access all sites data, some users should be able to access only their own sites data and some users will access only their data.
To get an idea of the type of functionality, have a look at [url removed, login to view] We are definitely NOT trying to clone this product as it does not have all the functionality required.
Initial implementation will be head office plus one site with other sites rolling out soon after. What I hope is that once the first site is installed and “debugged” that brining other sites online will be simple.
Support requirements – 60 days phone and trouble ticket / e-mail support from end-user sign-off
12 months trouble ticket / e-mail support from end-user sign-off. There will be 1 to 3 key stakeholders identified who will be the only ones to contact you directly via phone.
You will need to be available “real-time” sometime during Sydney, Australia business hours (9 am to 5 pm, GMT +10) during the development and initial support phase.
Your English will need to be reasonable. Most contact will be with me or the project manager via e-mail and Messenger but there may be occasions when you will need to speak directly to end-users.
Budget range expected $5000 to $8000
