The Project is a Reverse Auction Website Which will have 2 systems operating. 1. Lowest unique bid. 2. Highest Unique Bid The auctions will be operated as a sealed bid Auction. Some Samples of sites to observe are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (auctions) [login to view URL], [login to view URL] The project will have paypal payment functionality, with a functionality for accepting credit/debit card payment. The project will also have a functionality for integrating SMS bidding, and also for answering a multiple choice answer question before bidding. The project will have all the necessary Login/security features, and will have a CMS. The project will have functionality to feature on 3 TLD's Only individuals or companies who have experience in designing a reverse auction website need bid on this project. A portfolio of recent work you have undertaken will be required. Nothing short of a professionally designed website will be accepted. Template websites will not be accepted, as this site is required to be designed from scratch. Mock ups will be required from bidders. Estimated time of completion will be required Winning bid will be given all neccessary information and required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
