Re-architect, migrate a website moving from Drupal to custom .NET MVC

In house we are .Net developers. But we are not web developers per se. But for our website we have been using Drupal because DNN was horrible. So we are looking for a phase 1 project - to migrate what we use in Drupal to a .Net based platform. Mostly it is a big shopping cart with about 40 items on it. We use [login to view URL] for transactions. All CSS must work for PC, phone and mobile. Must be SEO friendly. More phases to come after this.
