Looking for someone to develop an API between ACT v.8 to intergrate with / and interact with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs.
The API should be able to perform the following functions:
1. Attach Emails (incoming and outgoing online) to Contact record in ACT v.8 if matching record with email address is present in ACT
2. Identify Web Form emails (received from Website) and create Contact Record with information in Webform or Add information in Webform to Contact record in ACT
2.a. If Web Form is an event booking, send automatic invoice to Contact, if no payment received
2.b. If Web Form is a request for more information, send automatic enquiry pack and create a new record with a follow up 7 days after pack sent
3. Associate Google Calendar appointments with Contact record in ACT and create appointments in ACT when created in Google Calendar
4. Send email reminder to Contacts with appointments in Google Calendar automatically the day before the appointment.
5. Associate documents with Contacts in Google Documents and upload any new document associated with a Contact into Google Documents
6. Ability to send email directly through ACT by clicking on email link or mail merging to email from tools menu directly to GMAIL and by -passing Outlook
