- Introduction/background and goal for the training period - Training plan for 6 weeks - Two different kinds of endurance training workouts - Theory: Heating, endurance, strength, flexibility exercise and diet. - Training Principles (show that you have used those in training planning). - Result of the 6 week training, use tables and statistics (make a fake, but realistic diary one time a week where there is some kind of setbacks) go in detail here - Conclusion/ summary Basically this project starts of with an introduction, then training theory, then a plan for the 6 weeks to increase endurance. Use basic training principles. Write a (realistic) diary from 6 days, one day a week, where some progress is made(write detailed) At the end summary. (We got some stamina at the end) Write everything in word or something.
