Write a paper based on survey research and interview.

Details: 10–15 pages of double-spaced text (2,800–4,500 words of body text, not counting title pages, abstracts, tables, appendices, references, etc.), exploring an organizational/interpersonal concept from the class in more detail. Each paper should include the following sections: Title page (see sample: title of paper, with your name as it appears on the Moodle, and any supplementary names if desired, your z-number, your email address, and a note mentioning the assignment, class, instructor, etc.), an introduction, literature review, and other relevant sections (covered in more detail in class). Additionally, students should conduct at least 3–5 interviews with experts, academics, or other appropriate subjects (audio recordings of interviews and notes must be provided via TurnItIn, [login to view URL], etc. The papers must also contain at least ten relevant academic sources (i.e., journal articles and academic books—not from newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc.), and other sources if applicable. Constitutes a genuine contribution by the writer to the knowledge and beliefs of the audience (it has social significance). Sustain positive interest, feeling, and commitment—It is compelling/interesting. Contains elements of vividness and creative language use—anecdotes, metaphors, comparison/analogy, narrative, quotations, etc. Written in a fluent, polished manner, that strengthens the impact of the essay. Uses the equivalent of at least one (different) source (not citation) per page. Demonstrates knowledge of communication theory and practice.
