Simple, is the most common teaching of Buddhists. In here, you`ll find out that everything is going to be as simple as you think. For examples, have you ever tried to testified your adrenaline with a bungee jumping from 250 metres height? when you`re up there, what`s your thinking? are you think that it`s difficult, or it`s dangerous, too risky? you`re wrong. there`s no significant risk or dangerous there, many people have tried it! don`t think such a nonsense, you just make an excuse for your scare, your phobia! the point here is, if we could find the root of our problem, like that, the root of our negative thought was just our scare. so, just beat that one think, not to beat all of our thinking, then you`ll just jump from that awesome bungee jump!
