The company manufactures chocolate bars. The company offers two lines of products: TASTY (cheaper goods, economy products) and YUMMY (more expensive, premium products). Unfortunately the sales figures are decreasing year by year. The company has a marketing budget of 3 mln PLN, and uses it proportionally throughout the year. Part I. Due to careful cost-planning and difficult market situation, the company cannot increase marketing budget. Instead, the management asked you to conduct an analysis of sales results for the last 3 years. Use the company data (file named: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) to conduct an analysis and draw conclusions from its results and propose actions in order to stop decline in sales. Part II. The company decided to make a survey asking respondents about certain habits connected with eating chocolate. In the Excel spreadsheet (file named: [login to view URL]) you will find the results of the survey. Provide the marketing analysis of the primary data (summarize the results, create the charts or tables). Create the marketing research report with main conclusions and recommendation for the company.
