Journalist for Podcast stories

I need someone who can recommend original topics. I am starting a new podcast focusing on resilient, remarkable, and inspiring people worldwide. As a journalist, you will suggest guests and topics about lifestyles, challenges, and how they overcame adversity. We are not necessarily looking for famous or highly acclaimed guests (that would be nice), but they can be everyday people making a difference in their community or country. Audio diaries are highly recommended but not necessary. I seek someone who finds a solution to a problem that makes a difference, big or small - unique 'feel-good' situations, diversity or unusual occupations that are off the beaten track. I need to see your story suggestions and why the subject is resilient and inspiring—historical information about how they came to be in their role and the challenges they had to overcome. I want to interview the subject, so they need to be able to communicate clearly; if not, I will need audio with translation. What were the environment like growing up, family life, and support? How did it affect him psychologically/physically? What the subject experienced specific hardships or trauma? Give details. How did he overcome these challenges? Were there any particular individuals who supported his efforts/mentors, etc.? What kept them going? What was the turning point? MOST IMPORTANTLY...how could they make a difference in the region, community, or world (provide examples)?
