Looking for a French and English-speaking Customer Service and Administrative Assistant/Manager , where you can work anywhere but really just have to get the work done and be with us long-term.
Work schedule is flexible and the pay is per hour starting from $12 USD. Possibility of raises depending on your performance.
The work will not be boring that is for sure!
Responsibilities would include:
- Customer Service and Sales (replying to customer emails and following up on the phone calls/messages left on our VoIP, no cold calling)
- Bookings and Planning (Making sure the bookings are properly recorded, followed up and executed)
- Supplier Management and Communication
- Administrative Tasks
- Product Writing and Development
What we are looking in a candidate:
1. You must like writing because there will be a lot of it, Creative Writing experience would be good to have
2. English - Fluent to Native, French - Fluent to Native
3. Team player but at the same time capable of making your own decisions.
4. Travel Consultant and Planner experience while is good but not a must.
