Copywriter needed for bulk changes of web content

We are a vacations rentals website business. We partner with a number of companies to promote their property rentals on our website.
We have 1,200 properties that need to be transferred from a partner website. We need to rewrite this content so that we can publish it on our own website. We need a very good English speaking copywriter to structure four pieces of content for each property:
1. We have a 300 character short description that needs to be written from scratch
2. We need to rewrite a 2-3,000 character long description so that it includes unique content that is distinct from the original content so that Google has no issues with search ranking
3. We need to write meta title and meta descriptions for the content
4. We need to confirm the categories that the content links to from a pre-defined list
We are looking for an established copywriter that has worked on developing web-based content who can help us translate the 1,200 property descriptions so that they can be uploaded onto our website. This person needs to have very, very strong English writing skills. They need to be able to work on a large number of properties in a short space of time. We will provide the links to each of the properties. We will then ask you to work on the content and send us the outputs via We Transfer or Google Docs.

Prior to agreeing to award the contract, we will ask you to undertake a test to show that you can deliver the specific content required. We will walk you through the process prior to starting the test so that you fully understand what we are looking for.
