Focus is on writing and editing predominantly internal communications, assisting with external communications and materials as needed.
Develop content for a range of employee communications vehicles including intranet, email newsletters, blogs, , video monitors, video scripts, and podcasts.
Support communications needs of Corporate leadership, including facilitating live internal webinars, Quarterly Business Review meetings, and executive blogs
Edit content for clarity, grammar, and style.
Ensure content is consistent with brand support, reputation, enhancement, and employee communication campaigns to support company goals.
Strong balance of creative and technical writing skills for print, web, and video outlets
Work closely with Design team to develop creative concepts and align copy and design.
Ensure and coordinate quality checks/approvals for content as appropriate.
Interview and research sources for content.
Manage projects as assigned.
Maintain an understanding of new technologies for writing and communication including social media.
Work with sales team, as needed, to create clear and effective sales collateral and conference materials including data sheets, brochures, direct mail, advertisements, and Internet copy.
