There are a couple of questions to be answered. The requirement is not fully described hence difficult to provide you the plan. Do you also want to measure Real and apparent power or just VA ? also what about the communication mode ? will it be Ethernet or WiFi or GSM/LTE ? there are few other queries as well hence I have just made a placeholder bid.
