USB to Can-Bus Consulting - Arduino/PCB

I need a freelancer to help me convert a sim racing wheel USB output to CAN bus.
I would like to convert a USB steering wheel that has 10 momentary switches and 6 rotary encoders that comes through a USB cable to CAN bus so that I can use the steering wheel with its switches on a race car. Each of those 10 switches would need to have its own CAN ID so the ECU could read the switch on or off and the 6 rotary encoders would need to be converted to an analog voltage so the ECU could read the rotary rotation. If I need to use an Arduino, that is fine. I basically need to map the switch data on USB over to CAN so that I can assign the switches to functions in a car.
