Simple Arduino Score project

Need a hardware and software design on Arduino. Designed would need to tell us what hardware to purchase and then design the software around that hardware. Project is an electronic score keeper for shuffleboard. When money is inserted a pulse is sent from a coin mechanism. That pulse triggers the start of the game. Two teams. Red and Blue. When a team scores a point they push a button. Every button pulse adds one point to the corresponding team's score. After the team reaches 9 points the game is done and turned back off.
