Circuit conditioner for force sensor. This is a 2 part project, I need a simple PCB desgined as well as a arduino programming. The PCB will be enclosed in a billet aluminum case that I will make myself. Arduino; It will use a 128x64 OLED Display with I2C and 3 push buttons for user setting. Push button are Up, Down, Menu/OK. The arduino will feed 5v to the force sensor and read the analog voltage coming back. There is 6 setting to be set by user; - Resting voltage reset --> Set the voltage of the force sensor with no forward or reverse force applied - Pull Force --> Set the voltage when force sensor is being pulled - Pull Force Deadband --> Set the deadband of the pull force - Push Force --> Set the voltage when force sensor is being pushed - Push Force Deadband --> Set the deadband of the push force - Output Polarity --> Select between Switch to ground or Switch to +12vdc Output must turn on when either pull force or push force has reached their setting, and turn off when the deadband is met. If the "Output Polarity" and it's related component are complicated to implement, the other solution is to add a 4th wire to the circuit on the input side, so there would be a "Switch to ground" and a "switch to +12vdc" wire that the end user could use whichever he need. The PCB must house a power supply for the arduino, 3 wire screw header for the force sensor conection, the OLED display, 3 pushbutto and 1 or 2 solid state relay depending on the solution for the "Output Polarity" setting. It will be enclosed in a nice billet aluminum anodized case.

I can create a special device for your force sensor in two steps. First, I'll make a small computer board that goes inside a tough aluminum box, which I can also make. Second, I'll teach a tiny computer (Arduino) to work with this board. For the computer part, I'll add a small screen and easy buttons so you can change settings. The computer will give power to the force sensor and understand what it feels. You can adjust six things: Where the sensor starts (Resting). When it's pulled. How much it moves (Deadband for pulling). When it's pushed. How much it moves (Deadband for pushing). How it acts (either like a switch to the ground or a switch to +12 volts). The device will turn on when it senses the right force and turn off when it's not needed. If the 'How it acts' part gets too tricky, we can add another wire to make it easier for you. Inside the computer board, I'll make sure there's power for the Arduino, a way to connect the force sensor, a screen, and buttons. It will all be in a cool aluminum box, making it a strong and good-looking solution."
