I'm currently seeking a seasoned PLC programmer who can assist with the start-up and commissioning of eight PLC systems located in Rosharon, Texas. This task primarily involves working with Automation Direct's Click and Productivity 3000 series. The main purpose of these PLC systems is for process control. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in ladder logic programming - Experience with BACnet /Ethernet Gateways - Familiarity with Automation Direct's Click and Productivity 3000 - Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance Your role will be crucial in ensuring these PLC systems are correctly set up and functioning optimally for process control. The PLC's will be preprogrammed with all the I/O and database. We have a BACnet / E-Net Gateway that will be pre-configured. There will be eight Automation Click PLC's that will be connected via Modbus/IP to a 2 Productvity 3000 PLC's and one Click PLC with a BACnet /Ethernet gateway which will control 3 chillers via BACnet bus.
