Drone Collision Avoidance System using Pixhawk

Hello,

For our drone project we need to implement collision avoidance system. Using IR or ultrasaund sensors drone must realize that there is a barrier on the way and override auto / manuan navigation commands. Sensors may be connected to Arduino and Arduino will be connected to Pixhawk computer. We also would like to be able to send some commands from ground station to Arduino to execute additional commands like light up some leds.

I need you for:

1. To alter the Pixhawk firmware to be able to send custom commands from the ground station (for example turn a led via Arduino which is connected to Pixhawk

2. Deliver the collision avoidance system

3. Prepare documentation for the project (connection diagrams, source codes and explanations)
