I would like an LED matrix controller constructed and programmed with the following properties:
Be connected to a small speaker for playing audio. Also speaker must be able to randomly select audio from multiple files each time it is activated.
I would like the LED matrix to also display from a random list of animations each time it is activated.
I would like there to be two actuators to also respond randomly from a list of responses in conjunction with the matrix animation and sound.
I would like the controller to trigger the random sound, actuator response and animations on two conditions:
when it is turned on with an on/off switch, which would trigger every 25-45 secs on a timer until it is shut off.
And also whenever a static activation button is pushed.
I would like the animations and audio to be able to be programmed through a USB or SD drive, and the entire board to be powered by a 5v plug if possible.
Basically I am building a robot and the screen will be the eyes. Whenever the robot is activated, whether it be through a timer that goes off when it's switch is turned on, or by pushing a button, a random animation will show on the matrix, a random sound will play on the speaker and the actuators will respond in one of a few random patterns. This way each time it's activated it will display a different combination of an matrix animation, actuator response and a sound. This will help to give it the appearance of having many different reactions.
I have a flexible matrix that is 16" by 16" and the 1" actuators already, so i would just need the PCB designed with hookups for the matrix and actuators, and the speaker mounted on it. Plus the firmware design.
