Step 1 – Requirements & References Please provide the site dimensions, your requirements, preferred room sizes, and any reference images or traditional house styles you like. Step 2 – Initial Draft Based on your information and references, I will prepare the initial floor plan/draft and send it to you for review. Step 3 – Revisions & Design Development You provide your feedback, and I will revise the layout accordingly. We continue this process until the floor plan is approved. Step 4 – 3D Exterior Design Once the layout is approved, I will develop the exterior design and 3D Revit model,windows, doors, and traditional architectural details.
