Hello, I’m interested in supporting this project and can work systematically from the existing IFC model, avoiding unnecessary duplication of the 60 apartments since there are only two apartment typologies. I particularly understand the requirement to have a functional first progress submission before Monday. I would first develop one representative apartment typology, common areas, and the main building systems so you can review and confirm that the model is correctly structured before I proceed with the complete project. This minimizes the risk of discovering major issues at the final stage. I have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, architectural modeling, and technical coordination, and I’m comfortable working from IFC models and existing project documentation. Before starting, I can review the IFC and available documentation to confirm the exact scope and ensure the model is set up correctly from the beginning.
