Architectural/structural design needed for my project
Budget $30-250 USD
Architectural/structural design for renovation of an existing residential building. Including increasing ceiling height by modifying the current trusses.
Outside walls are built using cinder block. I don’t have current plans. I was able to draw a sample with current measurements however, the layout should be restructured using the measurements and also would like to add couple windows on the north side. Attached document has only upper level measurements however, lower level is an exact replica of upper level except window placements and doors. I am renovating the whole house except plumbing fixtures. If any additional information is needed I can provide. And architectural/structural design should adhere to New Jersey Building Code. Project also contains a detached garage and the dimensions are 22ft/26ft which needs a new roof.
