The successful engineer will have the opportunity to continue with the structural design of the remaining two buildings immediately after completion of this project. Project We require a complete structural design package for a single-storey modular accommodation building. Building Information 22.8m × 13.4m Internal clear height: 2.8m Location: Dhow Island, Deira, Dubai, UAE Construction consists of: Structural steel skid frame IPE120 main beams SHS floor joists Light Gauge Steel wall framing Steel roof trusses PIR roof panels Cement board / gypsum board wall system Architectural drawings and technical specifications will be provided. Outstanding performance on this project will lead to immediate award of the remaining two buildings, which are of similar scope and require the same structural design services.
