Skilled Architect needed to draft WORKING PLANS for PERMITTING within Henrico County - Richmond, VA for a Master Bathroom Addition, 3-car Garage Addition, Rear Screened Porch/Deck Addition and Front Porch Entrance. Order of Priority; 1. Master Bathroom with Walk-In Closet(s) 2. 3-Car Garage 3. Front Porch 4. Rear Screened Porch/Deck Key requirements: - Traditional-Style Building Construction with a few contemporary elements. - Initial Floor Plans to approve prior to the working plan. - Executable Working Plans to submit for Contractor Bids and Government Construction Permitting. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in drafting additions to existing homes - Experienced with required Building Codes in Henrico County-Richmond, Virginia - Experience in traditional design - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Looking for quality work! I will share our home’s existing floor plan and a proposed visual floor plan we have created for inspiration. We will also provide photos of inspiration for each area. On-site work will be necessary to capture and validate ALL measurements to create an executable working plan. There may be a little flexibility on the rate based on your experience and if we feel comfortable on the collaboration. Please share your experiences and or portfolios.
