However, considering the full scope of the project, especially the detailed MEP requirements, the listed budget is not realistic for the amount of work involved. I would be happy to work within the upper end of your stated budget range, but I would need to collaborate with an experienced MEP consultant for the MEP portion. Given the scale and level of detail required, this is also a time-intensive project. I would estimate approximately 3–4 weeks for a proper coordinated package, depending on the completeness of the provided information and the number of revisions.
