I'm seeking an experienced architect, licensed in teh state of WA, USA, to create a planning and design blueprint for a luxury pre-fab, free-standing multi-unit resort and saunas (27 units on 21 acres, with a community center, and caretaker's unit). The resort will feature 400 sq ft luxury mirrored units placed on the property via cranes. Key Requirements: - Create a comprehensive resort layout including all necessary amenities and infrastructure. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in designing luxury multi-unit commercial properties in WA state. Familiar with the state of WA requirements to complete a CUP application with stamped plans (Clallam County location)
