Licensed US PE & Architect Needed

Greetings! I run several mixed-use developments nationwide and urgently require a U.S.-licensed Professional Engineer and Registered Architect who can step in at short notice for ongoing assignments. Most tasks revolve around structural design and the complete building-permit package, but depending on the project you might join during planning, detailed design, or even mid-construction to resolve field changes. Typical deliverables • Signed and sealed structural drawings compliant with local IBC, ASCE 7, and state amendments • Complete permit submittal sets, including architectural sheets and structural calculations ready for plan-check upload • Prompt responses to plan-checker comments and minor revisions until the permit is issued Turnaround is often tight—48-72 hours for revisions—so clear communication and regular availability are essential. Please confirm the states in which you currently hold an active stamp, the software you use (Revit, AutoCAD, RISA, SAP2000, etc.), and a recent example of a permit set you prepared for a mixed-use project.
