Industrial Factory Site Plan & Cost Estimation

I am looking for an experienced Architect/Civil Engineer/AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare a professional industrial factory site plan for my land located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This is NOT a concept design project. I have already prepared the complete layout by hand. I need someone who can convert my sketch into a professional AutoCAD drawing while preserving the exact layout and plot shape. The architect should also ensure that the design complies with Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) building by-laws and is suitable for approval. ⸻ Plot Details * Main Plot: 99 ft × 125 ft * Future Expansion Land: 80 ft × 42.5 ft * Total Plot Area: Approximately 15,900 sq. ft. * Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh * Plot is NOT rectangular. * The front width is narrower than the rear width. * The entrance is at an angled/chamfered corner and must remain exactly as shown in my sketch. ⸻ Scope of Work Prepare a complete AutoCAD site layout including: * Boundary wall * Main entrance gate (angled) * Guard room * Parking shed for cars and two-wheelers * 20 ft wide internal concrete road * Five Ashoka trees * Servant quarter with dining area * One connected factory building under a single roof * Tailor Room (4,000 sq. ft.) * Cutting & Assembly (1,500 sq. ft.) * Inventory Storage (1,500 sq. ft.) * Dock-1 and Dock-2 * Truck circulation and loading/unloading movement * Future expansion land (kept open) ⸻ Future Expansion Requirement The building should be planned for Ground + First + Second Floor (G+2) expansion.
