Scope I will supply basic field measurements; you will verify as-built conditions and then prepare stamped drawings that satisfy the City of Vancouver as well as BC Building Code, VBBL, fire-safety and AODA requirements. Mechanical and plumbing systems must be checked against current HVAC and universal-washroom standards, with any upgrades detailed in your documents.
